Returns & Exchanges

At Sergio Tacchini, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our returns portal to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
